On the 17th I deposited R4000 at ATM which gave an error message instead of giving me my final receipt, but I received my SMS confirmation, when I called the phalaborwa branch staff they told me their machine did not take my money but they will check and call me, this was Bekina on the 18th, by the end of the day she didn't call, when I followed up, she here and there mumbled and then referred me to The so called Risuna whose attitude just told she is a piece of, Risuna told me that their machine reported stuck and therenis no way it has taken my money, I contacted std bank various numbers till I got helped thrun 0860109075, Ref 56424624, they said it will take 4 working days to resolve, followed up on the 24 th it was still not attended to, today is the 27th I have not heard any stupid thing from standard bank, after this message I will make a follow up, there after I will head to FNB to open a new business account,
On the 21st I spoke to another piece of rubbish call Lerato asking that all my deposits that had error be I vestigated, she promised to come back to me with a Ref number to date, I'm still waiting
