IF YOU CANT SERVICE THE ADT ATM REMOVE THEM

ATM deposit was done yesterday at 11:21am to a STD Bank account. The transaction was unsuccessful but the money was taken by the machine and received a receipt with the message 'Cash Jam. Please go to your nearest Branch'.
My niece went into STD Bank at Jabulane mall, spoke to Siphiwe Radebe who gave her a business card with call centre numbers and a reference number : 57049282, advised her that turnaround time for the query is six days. I really this is totally unacceptable, because the money deposited was for my daughters cr? che fees. Now at cr? che the said she can only come back when I have proof of payment and when the money reflects in their account. I have to find someone to look after her till then and pay them from my pocket. I called on the 7 February and spoke to Anna 'branch Manager' who told me that there is nothing they can do to help me, they don't work with ATM's so is out of their hands'. Ten after I explained how this affects my daughter and my cash flow she asked for my details and told me she will give them to Siphiwe and I will hear from her.
