Can't reverse my money as it takes 12 B- days

I have logged a query on Friday but till to date I haven't got any feedback or my money back.

I went to our Absa ATM at work and withdrawed R900 but the money didn't come out and gave a slip with a message (Unsuccessful Try Later 72) then I tried to check the balance it still gave me the same message!! Later on I checked my internet banking and it said I withdrawed R900... Meanwhile the ATM didn't have money!!!

I contacted Absa Cash Centre next to my work place and spoke to Cindin who told me that she will sent some people to and balance the Machine and I must contact her after 14:00pm but by 14:30pm she already knocked off, then I decided to call Standard Bank and spoke to Ernest who was very helpful and gave the ab reference number 52137003 and informed me that he is logging a Query and maybe the money will be reversed automatically within 24-48 hours but my bank account is empty...

Today is the 04th of March and that money is for son's school fees and transport and now who will look after my child as I cannot pay the fees. Absa did contact me today and they said they can't do anything as I was using my STD BANK CARD and I should contact my bank.
