Deposit problem

On Monday 23/12/13, I went to the Golden Acre to make a deposit. However, the slot did not open. I received a message that the deposit was done and a few minutes later received a message that it was reversed. This person responded to my e-mail asking me to advise whether I deposited money at the ATM and that if I did and it 's not reflecting, I am to provide them with my account no, date and time. I responded by making the e-mail for the Customer Services Manager's attention. I asked how could I have made a deposit if the slot did not open. Today, 27/12/13, Busisiwe Mabuza, responded that the transaction was reversed as no funds were received on the deposit attempt. Once, again, I responded by making the e-mail for the Customer Services Manager's attention. Am waiting there response.
