1. I noticed that ABSA was charging me more bank charges then I agreed on when I got my account. I then went to the Stellenbosch main branch; where I was told about their new potentiate card. I signed up for this card 4 weeks ago (week 13) and then received a call from UTI about the card 3 weeks ago (week 14). However, till now I still don't have my card. I am also still paying the high bank charges. During these 4 weeks Absa has not been in contact with me unless I initiate the communication.

2. I stopped my credit card because I suspected behave; only to be charged by ABSA for doing so.

Currently I am unimpressed in the poor delivery & service.
