erchant..An Absa merchant has been authorising large sums of money via my cheque card in the last two months.when aproached i was told by the mechant that they have no knowledge of this as no money has been credited to their account.however it reflects on my statments that these amounts have been charged as a cheque card purchase. How is that possible when i did not even swipe my cheque card for those amounts? Absa claims that the money does not reflect on there side and the merchant claims that the money does not reflect in there account. So weres my money!! Whose passing the buck?? An amount of R12 940 has been taken off my account, and the merchant is giving me the run around.how do i get my money back??
