Platinum Value Bundle Account

In December 2011, I opened a Platinum Value Bundle Account. With this account I was promised, a Platinum Cheque and Platinum Credit Card and would pay one charge for everything. Firstly, I didn't receive the Platinum Credit Card but got the Gold instead (not because I didn't qualify). My charges were at least deducted correctly. But I recently reviewed my statements and noted that I'm paying a separate fee for my cheque and separate fee for my credit card. How did this happen??? I am also not very happy that I still haven't received a cheque card with a chip in.

This is really it. I've had enough of Absa now! I guess I should do as all my friends did and move to FNB.
