I called Absa stop card facility on the 9th Nov to stop my savings acc and a dual card on my credit card. Now they have stopped my primary credit card. and nothing works. I have tried to link the new card on internet banking. They even charge me for the new credit card even though I have not requested them to stop MY card. I have been calling the one person after the other to assist and no one can help or rectify the problem. This was not my mistake now after I have spent almost R100 on phone calls I still need to go in to a branch to try sort out this mess of a HOT card! unbelievable! perhaps this is Beep BANK!
