I sent an email changing my banking details on the 11th of November, another on the 13th and 19th of November. I called the call centre on the 20th, spoke to 2 people who were of no use. The last guy I spoke to put me through to someone else and I held on until I no longer could. I then went on the website and completed one of those feedback forms to ensure that my details are changed, I was promised someone would get back to me. On the 25th I sent yet another email asking if my details were changed and still no response. Now I get an sms about my debit order that didn't go through! I had sent through a stamped bank statement, a copy of my ID and debit order instructions. WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT!!!
