I was in an accident more than a month ago. My car was a write-off. Most of the time wasted was because of the vehicle documents that I had to furnish to IWYZE. Furnishing these documents is my duty and I'm not complaining about that.
After I've physically delivered all the required documents to Mutual and Federal (IWYZE holding company) at Presidents Street on Thursday 31 October 2013 and received an acknowledgement email that said my payment would be put on the system on Monday (04 Oct 2013), there is still no word on my payout.
I called IWYZE on the 06th of November and the gentleman who took my call tells me that there is not record of any payment on their system and that he cant help me because one Keagan Samuels is "not in today". I insured with IWZYE because i thought it's a reputable company that does not depend on one employee to pay claims.
It's utterly shocking to me that IWYZE is being run like a Tuck shop where if the owner is not in, everything stands still!
