I would like to complaint about a company called JD Financial Solutions. This company recently took over our accounts which were previously with Incredible Connection. During the time our accounts were with Incredible Connection, we never had problems. We would walk in the stores and make payments or queries without any difficulties. Since JD Financial Solutions took, all we have known is bad bad service. It's a mission to get through their call centre. If you manage to get through, you will be lucky if can complete your conversation. They drop the calls like nobody's business. The last time I got help from them is after I emailed their accounts manager (Michelle Erasmus), whom I must say was very efficient in helping me. Please Peter, help me in any way you can. I am a law abiding citizen who is trying everything to ensure that my credit record remains excellent.
