Today, I decided to check my credit profile. I was shocked to see that Incredible Connection rated me as a bad payer! I never used the account, never had any bill sent to me. On the profile it say that I owe them R70.00. I had to google their number. After about 10 attempts a nice fellow picked up and said he will send the account for closure. I had to hold the line to ask for a credit update!!! Nobody picked up! I don't like accounts and never used them. Now my profile shows 8 months in arrears!!! I AM SHocked!
