Incredible Connection
Call centre useless!!

I have been trying to contact the JD financial group regarding an incredible connection account which has been closed for more than 5 years now. I kept getting statements that said I had an outstanding balance of R300 against the account. I am trying to verify this and furthermore I have been ITC'd! I need to get this sorted out as I have an incredible financial track record and need to be able to apply for a home loan. My problem is that nobody in the call centre is able to assist me or they won't assist me. They transfer me to and fro continuously referring me to another department, when I get to that department they say I need to speak to another department. Around round I go in loops and when I want to file a customer complaint, the option doesn't even work!!! No wonder no one does anything about the disgusting service because you don't even give them the option to complain. Can someone please sort this out, so I can apply for a home loan.
