PATHETIC SERVICE - DISGUSTED - CREDIT RECORD

I paid up my Incredible Connection Account in April 2013. I have recently pulled a Credit Report and noticed that it reflects that my account is overdue with Maravedi CREDIT CARD (which was a Incredible Connection Store Card).

Needless to say, I tried to contact the Maravedi JD Customer Services team on the 29th of October 2013, however after spending an hour on their IVR, being sent from pillar to post and having the call dropped and transfered more than several times and after getting through to DORIS 5 times and being transferred to her manager WERNER and having the call dropped again I am now just disgusted with their poor services and the mere fact that they would even bother to call themselves a Financial Services provider.

TO add to this disgust, I tried contacting the Connection Card division again today (30 October 2013) and to make matters worse they are now picking up the phone - you can here the activity and then just dropping the call again.

My Credit Record is being affected by incompetent individuals! I want this ammended and resolved as a matter of priority!
