TWO ACTIVE CONTRACTS FOR ONE ITEM, DEBIT OVER R2500

I bought a Laptop and a bag at INCREDIBLE CONNECTION IN SANDTON SQUARE under their finance company Maravhedi Financial Solutions now Hi - Finance under the JD GROUP.

I went back to exchange the items (within the 7 days as required) but had to personally phone the JD head office (Randburg) speaking to Clifford (manager), driving from Palm Springs to Sandton almost everyday as Thuli Radebe from the Incredible Connection branch was giving false information that she was awaiting authorisation when she actually hadn't't even request it.

After a 10 DAY MISSION i was "told" that the 1st contract was cancelled & a new one done for the laptop & bag i currently have now but on top of that, 2 debit orders of R1400 & R1299 will go off my account for the old &new contract respectively on the 30/08/13 (due to the delay) but the R1400 for the initial contract would be automatically refunded within 7 working days which was to be on 10/09/13 and didn't happen.

I then phoned Thulie on Monday 16/09/13 she said i must wait ANOTHER 7 days because head office only did the refund last Wednesday. This morning Head office confirmed the initial contract is still active &so is the 2 debits
