No statement and nowhere to pay account

Incredible connection have discontinued their store cards. Customers were allowed to pay their accounts at the stores. Now at the end of Nov, when I go to pay my account the cashier at Incredible won't take my money. Then the manager says that customers can't pay their accounts in the stores anymore, they must go to the bank and make the payment. No-one in the Cresta IC store knows the banking details though. They tell me I must sort it out with JD Financial Services. Okay fine. So everytime I phone JD financial services, they put the phone down. You can hear them in the background but when you say hello, they slam the phone down!
My question is:
1. I need a statement for the payment I made in October and the balance that I still owe
2. I need the details of where and how I must make the remaining payments
