Inability to Deliver Bank Card after 20 Days

We've have been requested by FNB to upgrade our cards due to the amount of money that needs to be transacted. A request was sent by the FNB - Mmabatho Branch (Mega City) on the 29th November 2013 to their Cape Town office to order new cards. Till today (24/12/2013) we haven't received our cards. FNB doesnt take us serious, all we get has been one story after another. First they blamed the delivery delay on Mandela's funeral, then the public holiday. It has come to a point where we've decided to move our profile to a different bank which we believe will take us serious. I mean its Christmas time and we cannot transact while we have money in the bank. Our kids wont be getting presents this christmas due to some people's inefficiency. Thank you FNB... Dont ever ask me how you can help me. Your inefficiency has spoiled our festive holidays!!!
