Standard bank has incompetent staff membe

A month ago around the 6th November i called Standard bank to find out why my home loan account was not debuted i was told there was a problem with their system, i was then advised to do a manual payment which i then did an EFT payment. Four days later my account was debuted for the same amount that i paid. I then called general inquiry and was told that i will be refunded and should wait for the turn around time of 10 days. i waited and waited then i called again and was told i should wait for the money to be cleared and it will be refunded after 3 days. 3 days came and passed and again i called and was told that it's not a problem of general inquiry and was transferred to home loan and the person i spoke to said she can see were the mistake is and that i should write a letter sand request or she can put be back to inquiries so that they can refund me because home loans is not responsible for refunds via EFT. I explained again that general inquiries said they cant and she said they can, i spoke to another consultant again from general inquiries who said they can refund me after 10days but they will charge a fee of about 200 which i said its fine. Till today am still waiting.
