I don't understand the reason if claiming to have extended banking hours only to leave 1 consultant training a trainee whilst the customers wait 2 hours to gt served..this is nonsense..FNB is trying to come across as a leader of all banks by advertising all these nice benefits for their customers but the implementation really. During banking hours they really slack..thus branch needs micro management I'm so disappointed
