My online banking profile was blocked. I could not reactivate via the webpage as the agent from FNB said that their was a technical glitch that will take up to 48 hours to resolve. I run a business and cannot afford to wait 48 hours for FNB to resolve. FNB messed up my supplier relations about 2 months ago due to the online banking system where payments did not go through. I had to spend weeks sourcing new suppliers. And zero accountability was taken from FNB. I am tired of the usual answers of sorry there is nothing we can do because of your protocol to resolve issues within 48 hours. Some issues are urgent!!! What can we do for you? live up to your slogans FNB.
