Still no airtime

I usually buy my 8ta airtime electronically and then the longest I wait for my airtime to be credited is 10 min. This morning I again bought my airtime electronically and when it wasn't credited, I called the call centre. The agent told me there was nothing that she could do to assist me and I would just have to wait 48 hours. I told her this is unacceptable as the reason I purchase airtime is to use it immediately and not 48 hours later. After speaking to her team leader she then told me to email proof of payment so that they can lodge a complaint with the technical department. It will now take 72 hours to sort out. this is nonsense as the details are all correct and I don't see why I now need to wait 48- 72 hours for airtime I wanted today.
