Received a e-mail relating a debit order authentication. Related and authentic look of it my husband entered his login details to cancel... Should not have done that fine... Now to stop this account, nope!!! They only assist within office hours (no voice prompt? Just says: 'welcome to the standard bank fr...' then goes dead). Why have a internet banking call center and center if no one is able to assist at 7:30 in the morning?? With my other bank their internet banking call center assists 24 hours... No I'll have to hope that nothing bad happens and wait until office hours and hold on :-( this is not great internet banking service its horrible!!!
