Lack of Service & ridiculous fees - no bank saving

Subject: So much for Extended banking hours...

You advertise that you have Extended banking hours, but when clients get to the branches they are just frustrated as there is no staff on hand to assist.

This occurs during usual banking hours, and there are even fewer staff during the supposed extended banking hours. It is quite ridiculous!

The service at Eastgate branch is disgusting. I cannot remember a time when I have not had a problem at that branch. I have cancelled all other accounts with Nedbank, due to the intolerable service. I was sent away this afternoon after waiting from 4:30pm, as indicated on this slip, until after 5 pm to get my Internet banking profile set up.

I have been trying to get this sorted out with Card Division since yesterday.
The service is putrid!
