Try to acctivate my internet banking. no joy

I have a business account with fnb and activated my internet banking 2 weeks ago. on the web page i was informed i will be contacted by fnb within 48 hours. today i tried to do internet banking and was once again informed i will be contacted within 48 hours. glad i do not work overtime for fnb. their 48 hours and mine differ greatly
