I am disgusted by the level of customer service available at this branch.
It does not help to have extended business hours if there is only three staff members available to assist.
No manager available and only two people that know what to do and trying to help customers.
Third lady just handing out tickets at the door and telling customers to wait for assistance.
This is a direct indication of the poor management from regional or divisional level.
It is amazing that this branch is not given proper attention from top level management, especially given there is two big events attracting thousands of people this weekend.
I have also heard of numerous other complaints from the people that live here about service at this branch.
