I don't understand why it takes 48 hours for a premier banker to get back to a client. It would be far more effective for me to walk into a bank. I'm not impressed with premier banking. I approached 4 banks Investec, Standard, Nedbank and ABSA. Two of which (Investec and Standard bank) private bankers came to see me at my office in less than 24 hours. FNB who i have been banking with for 10 years, i get told to wait 48 hours for someone to call you. Service is poor. You need to do something about it.
