FNB debited my acc with 2000.00 with out me authorizing on the 20th of Dec 2013 and i was not informed about the debit when i went to the branch i was told that its because i had a loan of 7000 which has not been paid off and was told to call the centre as it will not be reversed then i spoke to Phuti Somo who told me the same and even his supervisor will tell me the same that it will not be reversed, i requested the supervisor who is Zwakhile dlamini and he it was a business decision to take the money without me signing payment arrangement and infact they could have deducted the whole amount once off, i feel being mistreated by the bank which i trusted and i want my money then agreement can be reached as on phoned me on the 11th of Dec 2013 a lady phoned me from 0872300278 who said she wanted to update my address as requested by FNB and when i got concern as my acc is new with FNB and she said she want us to make payment arrangement to pay of the debt and i aggred and requested that she draft and sent me the document via email to sign and we can proceed and i am still waiting for her as i took she had to prepare, today my account is 2000.00 less the amount
