On the 05/10/2013, Fnb debited my account for an amount of R574. I was unaware what this Debit Order for, so I visited their Carlswald branch to query, I was then informed that it was for a loan that I had taken out and they were recovering the money and they could not reverse the debit order. I would like to lay a Complaint against Fnb for debiting my account without my authorisation, it is unlawful for anyone to debit my account without my consent. Surely I should have agreed to a payment arrangement and an amount that could be deducted for any monies owed to them. This goes against all the values that this bank is promoting. I would like this matter to be resolved, can someone from Fnb Urgently contact me so we can resolve this matter. I am very disappointed with the Service received from Fnb.
