On the 02/04/2013 my acc was to be debited twice for the amount of R1354.51, i did not have the money in my acc so it is now on R-1354.51, which i don't understand cause right after that i got an sms that said the acc that i was suppose to pay was in arrears, and another that come from FNB that says FNB account overdrawn with R1354.51 kindly adjust by 17:00 today if not adjusted FNB may dishonour, now i called the call centre to enquire about this the lady i spoke to tells me i owe the bank this money, what i don't understand is this i called cause i wanted this to be reversed since i never asked them to pay this amount for me and seeing that i still owe the other party as well. The only reason i did not call early is because i really thought it will be reversed, please help me cause i don't have the money to pay for something i did not ask to happen and please explain how u allow two debit orders to go at the some time..
