All I wanted to do was change my cellphone number!
I had to visit Nedbank four times just to check if they had changed the number and they had not! The call center told me everyting was sorted but turns out it was NOT.
I am a special case where more than one number gets notifications on my transactions and still they can't cancel a number.
Well done Nedbank, you guys are the most useless bank I have ever made use of.
