I lost my cell phone over the weekend, so today i am calling everyone to inform them that i am using a new number. So i called NEDBANK call centre for them to change my number and i was told i must go to the branch as it a principal number..like really i must go out of my way just to change my number at the branch??? I rather close this account with nedbank... where is the convenient?
