Rude Call Centre Agent

Received a call from 031 371 2000. When the number is called it says it doesnt exist.

The caller said that she is calling for Mr D Almeida. She wouldnt provide any assistance in ensuring Nedbank is with the correct contact number. This means shes just punching her ticket to say "done" instead of really doing her job in locating the former. This is not a case of the former providing an incorrect number by mistake as the number is being used with the SABC as well who are also using debt collectors.

If you the reader, as a Nedbank staff member/contractor are interested in assisting Nedbank who is loosing money through this, please contact me to fix the situation and to stop harassing me over a third party.

Your call centre agent was not at all interested in acting for the benefit of Nedbank and in this case an unrelated client of Nedbank in myself.

If I receive any further phone calls a criminal case of harassment will be lodged against Nedbank. There is no reason for Nedbank to support.
