GIVING OUT PERSONAL FINANCIAL INFORMATION WITHOUT

I went to enquiries to change my cellphone number details (1), i was told this was a simple matter and would take a couple of minutes. Several weeks later I was made aware that my transactions were going to my old number. I re-visited the branch (2) who duly apologised and assured me it would be dealt with. I was made aware AGAIN that my transactions were going to my old number. I re-visited the branch (3) who duly apologised AGAIN .. I was made aware AGAIN that my transactions were going to my old number. I re-visited the branch (4) who duly apologised PROFUSELY AGAIN . COME ON NEDBANK - HOW HARD IS IT TO CHANGE A CELLPHONE NUMBER??? I telephoned the Manager who apologised and assure me it would be sorted out. Guess what??? It wasnt. Today my transaction went to someone else phone. HOW DARE NEDBANK GIVE OUT MY PERSONAL FINANCIAL INFO TO STRANGERS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. what is the point in security if Nedbank are just going to give out my personal financial information. Did contact today - was transferred - am still waiting for feedback AGAIN
