Request to cancel sms notofications

I took out a contract with Vodacom in May 2013 and was given a number. This number must have belonged to Nedabnk client before, because ever since it ws activated again, I am receiving sms notifications from Nedbank. Up to 5 sms's on Saturday 16 November 2013. I have been in touch with Nedbank via email about this but nothing has been done since 13 August 2013. I received a reference CCT492558. I do not get the full account number in the sms, but I sent them what I have and some of the refences for some of the debits that has gone off via debit orders.
