I have tried to email regarding this problem but still receive sms's on my daughters number for an account owing. The reference given on the sms is listed as account number along with my daughters number. I have never gotten calls on her phone from Nedbank otherwise I would be able to tell them. My daughter (who is 10) has had that number for 2yrs so please update your records.
