I have requested Outsurance to include a Mercedes A Class vehicle to the insurance effective 7 October 2013 as I was out of the country. (this fact can be substantiated. They failed do that. An accident occurred on 8 October 2013, and now they fail to pay out claim. In the past when a request was send, a vehcile will be covered immmediately. Due to the poor administration I am left to pay more than R12 000. No communication on why, it was only done via the third party. Total Disgrace...
