Despite complaining a number of times about being contacted by a nedbank call centre and no-one speaking to me, sometimes as late as 9pm I still get these calls, I activate my speaker and leave the phone for up to 2 minutes where no one speaks.
This after being promised numerous times that I will not be called again. the very next day, same number.
Now I am in the habit of simply refusing the calls. Then A woman called me from a cell phone at 8:30 and teh second I heard her say from nedbank I lost it.
Understand me quite well that this is harrasment and now I will be paying off the loan account in the next 2 days. If anyone contacts me after that I will see you in court. I want all of my records locked and my telephone number removed from your systems!!! Neither I nor any of my employees, friends or relations will go near nedbank when I am done. The sad part is that my father has been with you for 32 years. I will now be convincing him, this weekend, that my bank is a better option and it would be better for him to move to them.
