Good day,

I phoned Nedbank today, after receiving an SMS saying my account is in overdraft and been handed over. I then contact the number that was supplied to me with the reference number.

The lady that answered was so annoyed with me and not helpful at all. This account has been closed more than a year ago and the problem with Nedbank and is there responsibility. I was told I need to sort it out and make sure all is done on my side, this is now more than a year later they are coming with this???

This is the worst service I have ever received, this is the reason why my whole family closed their accounts at Nedbank.
