I wanted to open an account at a Capitec Branch in Alex I was met by a very uninterested lady at the door who ask me what i wanted to do, I told to open an acccount & she just said to me very rudely ID& proof of residence to which i asked her what about them & she said she wanted to see them. I handed them over & she took my ID to a gemtlemen called Sibusiso who said they were not going to take my ID as it was not in a good condition I asked to talk to the manager * the same Sibusiso came & told me in front of everyone that was there making me feel very small that they were not willing to take my ID even when I showed him a cetified copy of the ID & my drivers licence he still refused to assist me his attitude towards me as a potential client really amazed because it seemed to me did not care whether I did business with the bank or not I talked about this to a couple of my friends & I dont think they will be doing business with bank anytime soon either now there you go Sibusiso has lost you about 100 prespective clients. I subsequently went to another bank & they were able to assist me using the sam ID why this gentleman refused to use I still canrt make sense of it.
