Late in December 2012, my heart almost stopped when I opened my laptop and found that the screen was cracked. I was really heart sore as my laptop is my only way of communicating with my best friend in Burmuda. I felt soooo depressed. I then decided to phone Women's First Insurance and ask them if my laptop was covered for damages. I phoned the call centre and I was transferred to Daron Theunis.
I told him what happened and he immediately put me at ease and explained that the laptop was covered. He treated me as a valued client and not just as a number. He was professional from the first word he said. He has an unique ability to calm one down and to explain what needs to be done in an easy to understand way.
I did exact;y what he asked me to do and within a few days, my claim was sorted. I have never received such personalised service in ages.
