I mr Mhlangu as a customer walked into capitec chatsworth to open an account and I was inspected for the documents of which I had. I was then told I need a pay slip I asked to speak to the manager but it seem as if that was the worst thing I've done the branch manager gave attitude and didn't listen to what I was saying to her she kept on teling fica does allow this and that and she threw a fica brocher for me to read and to my suprise the fica brocher says the documents that I had were correct document but she didn't listen insterd she got defensive and not solving my problem she asked me to go back home ask someone with capitec account to sign some stupid form.
Is this the level of managment u guys use
Is this what all capitec customers experiense or it was just me coz I am BLACK???
