Last night I recieved an sms informing me that my debit order would be deducted today. I only recieved this sms at 21:36!
The only money i had in my account was a small loan I had JUST recieved. Now I wake up and see you guys have totally overdrawn my account after i had just sorted it out and now i have no clue what to do for food and petrol!! How is doing this my way? You people only phone me to make more money even tho i repeatedly tell your salespeople Im having financial issues, and then you go and pull this trick?! Whose harebrained idea was this? And the communication sucked! Something like this should be a telephone/email campaign at least a month ahead of time - not a stickin sms 8 hrs before you put your grubby paws in my poor abused account! What sort of customer service is THAT? And to do this on Saturday? Would i even be able to speak to accounts? Please refund my account and arrange for my cancellation. This is not my way of doing this.
