This is the second time that you have deducted money off my account before the due date.
Yes it stipulates something like that in your contract how ever I want to challenge this legally.
How can you deduct the money off my account before i even get paid. You guys don't give the option to do a debit order later as you want the money as soon as you are paid. What happens to those poor people that don't have money in their account on the Friday if there pay day is the Sunday. it is against the law to take money earlier than what was agreed upon.
I will be consulting my lawyers as well as the CPA and see what they have to say against it and they will probably find that your terms and conditions are invalid.
What happens if I incur bank charges due to this or any other person. SO we get a bad record because you can't wait until a person is paid to your grubby hands on your money and all because you can't wait until the Monday night like all the other creditors to take you money.
If this happens again I will change debit or to cash payment and pay you when i get paid.
I want you to phone me urgently.
