I have cancelled my policy in January already.
I have recieved the communication that my policy has been cancelled. after they have still deducted moneys I have phoned and they said i must now forward my request to another e-mail addres. Which I did. I keep on sending them e-mails with absolutely no response.
They STILL deduct moneys.
Id advise to NOT take a debit order with them. They even sold me two policies that are exactly the same. I have found this after i have queried what I'm paying for since i havent recieved any policy documents for this as promised via mail.
They even requested my bank statments to see that the money has been deducted, as according to them the last payment was recieved in Jan.
Somewhere something is wrong and miscommunicated and the clients are the ones to suffer from this.
This has to be sorted out ASAP.
