SERVICE DISCONNECTED

I have recieved about two smses from cell c saying that my debit orders have not gone through.i quickly called the bank to check on my account and i was told that there are sufficient funds so there is no reason why my debit order will not go through.today i recieved another message that my account is being suspended! called the bank to find out if the debit orders had gone through and i was told that only one went through. IT TURNS OUT THAT CELLC DIDNT BOTHER TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT NOW I AM LEFT WITH COMMUNICATION WHAT SO EVER.I AM RATHER ANNOYED COS WHY WASNT MY ACCOUNT DEBITED AND THE FUNNY THING IS THAT I DIDI RECIEVE A MESSAGE TO SAY THAT THE MONEY HAS GONE OFF.I AM TYPING THIS COMPLAINT WHILE ON HOLD SO CLEARLY I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO IS HAVING AN ISSUES! ON HOLD FOR 30 MINUTES ALREADY.
