I have installed a tracker in my car. With the documents i recieved from tracker i recieved the 24/7 policy card which stated that it is free for the first month. I did not agree on any policy from 24/7. On 2 July a debit order of R49 went off from my account. I spoke to the call centre numerous of times to cancel this policy and to refund me. Today is allready August 7 and no refund has been done.
This is certainly against the law. How much money do this company make from people who forgets or dont care about R49.
