Late International Payments

I receive once a month my salaly from a German company in euros
This then gets paid into my absa savings account where ABSA notifies me with a sms within 2-3days
that i should call the call centre and give them my regulatory sttlement instructions before the money gets released.

This has a lot of implications because of the exchange rate that changes so dramatically this season
After 4 days ABSA hasnt sent the regular sms and i had to call the call centre where they explained the SYSTEM was off and they cannot do anything about it if any payments has benn received and that they will call me back.
After a day the still havent called me back ans i still havent received any money although i need it very urgently
now it is weekend and i still have to wait another 2 days before i can follow up because of ABSA Office hours
