ABSA should fire their customer relations officer, although I'm doubtful they have one. They must be the most non-responsive business out there.
Being fed up, I am trying to follow my wife and move my bond account from Absa to FNB but I just cant get through to the call centre to give my notice. You call head office they direct you right back to the dysfunctional call centre.
