LOST PAYMENTS???

I contacted a agent about changing my debit order dates as i have moved away from absa. the guy said "yes ofcourse" and helped me with that. the debit order was so that i can transfer funds from FNB to my old absa savings acc so that the credit card payments can be deducted.
okay well since the conversation i stared paying in money into my absa savings acc (under the impression that my credit card will debit money from there) that never happened. i recieved a call 4 weeks later telling me that i am in arears. i asked the person how can that be and explained the debit order... she told me that couldnt be done and that he was wrong etc etc.. well after a 15min talk with this 5 year old from absa i got hold of a bank acc no where she said i must pay in my outstanding amount.
i paid the money sent anproof of payment thru FNB to a lady with a surename brandt.
i recieved another call asking when am i paying my acc two weeks after that. i got told they havent recieved anything?? lost funds??? really, and when i asked about the brandt lady i was told "theres no one like that here??? so where is all my money? i havent recieved an statement in years from absa.i ask them but ja...
