Absolutely bad customer service

I applied for a Absa home loan which was approved pending valuation. Valuater could not reach me because my phone was blocked. I phoned in my new contact details to the call centre. It's now 4 weeks later and no valuation. No explanation from Absa. Jennifer Chandler in the Absa process office assured me the valuater received instructions to visit property again. On checking with valuater he did not receive such. Who is lying: Absa or valuator. I have to contact Absa contact centre every day to follow up. Have spoken to Brenda, Samantha, David, Jolene on my ref no. 42161845860 to enquire. Even team leader Llewelyn got in and yet no one of them could get someone in the entire SA to do the valuation. I even try to get the valuator, Kobus to the property out of utter frustration. Nope he waits for instructions from Absa. Absa Postmasburg where I put in the application cannot assist because only the homeloan call centre can do. Absa Kimberley tried but the can't either as the application was submitted by Postmasburg which sent it to Bloemfontein. This is madness to say least. I am absolutely furious and very deeply dissapointed in Absa.
